Verify Certificate

About

An independent platform for certification and verification.

Certivora provides structured certification, certificate issuance and digital verification designed to make credentials easier to authenticate, trace and validate.

01Who we are

Who we are

CERTIVORA is an independent certification and certificate verification platform. It exists to remove ambiguity from certification documents: anyone holding a certificate, or presented with one, can check its current status directly against the registry that issued or archived it.

The platform is not tied to a single organization, brand or product. Certificate records are created by authorized administrators and are kept distinct from the identity of the organizations they describe.

02Approach

Our certification approach

Every certificate is recorded against a defined certification program, with a scope, a validity period and an authorized signatory. Nothing is implied that is not recorded.

Certificates issued through Certivora are generated as print-ready documents with a unique identifier and QR verification. Certificates issued previously elsewhere can be archived with their original documents preserved unchanged.

03Verification

Digital verification

Verification is intentionally narrow. Public visitors see only the fields designated as publicly verifiable — never contact details, internal notes or administrative history.

A certificate number, entered on this site or reached through the QR code on the document, returns the current status of that record together with the certificate information published for verification.

Certificate traceability

Certificates remain verifiable after expiry, and suspended or revoked certificates remain in the registry and are reported as such rather than disappearing. Status changes are recorded with the administrator who made them.

Independent platform architecture

Issuer

The organization that issues the certificate.

Certification program

The standard, directive or program the certificate references.

Certified organization / entity

The organization or entity the certificate is issued to.

Product / model

The product or model covered, where applicable.

Certificate status

The current state of the certificate record.

Verification record

The public record returned when the certificate number is checked.

These identities are never merged. A certified organization is never presented as the issuer, and the issuer is never presented as the certified organization.
